What types of equipment do you offer?
We offer different types of equipment, including pallet trucks, pallet stackers, platform trolleys, pallet containers, table lifters, drum porters, ladders, picking trolleys, stair climbers, pallet shuttles, and castor wheels. They are applicable to various industries.
How can I request a product demo?
You can visit our showroom for a demonstration. Besides that, you can also check our social media platforms for different types of demo videos. If you can’t find the demo video you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to contact us for more details.
What are your delivery terms?
We offer free delivery within West Malaysia. Delivery time usually will take 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. You’re are also welcome to arrange self-collection at our warehouse in Rawang. We’ll prepare the items once full payment is received.
Do you offer warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 12-month warranty for the hydraulic pump of the pallet jack. Additionally, we offer a 6-month warranty for the battery. Any damage within the warranty period will be checked and repaired free of charge.
How can I contact customer support?
You can contact us via email, phone call, or WhatsApp during our operating hours. Our operation hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:35 PM, and Saturday, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM. If you contact us outside of working hours, we will reply as soon as we are back online.

What is your return & refund policy?
We provide returns and refunds if the product is not suitable for your workspace. The product must be in its original condition, with no damage or exchanged parts. Return transportation will be charged based on your location. Refunds will be processed within 1 to 3 working days after the returned item is received
How do I place an order?
You can contact us via email, phone call, or WhatsApp to let us know the product you are interested in. By sending us your name, phone number, email, and company name, we will provide you with an official quotation. You may proceed with the order if the quotation meets your expectations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit card, bank in and E-Wallet TnGO payments for self- collection. For purchase direct with sales team, we accept online banking and Cheque. May contact us for more info
Can I track my order?
We usually use our own lorry and driver for delivery. It typically takes 1 to 3 days to arrive at the destination, depending on the location. You can contact the salesperson handling your order to track the delivery progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do provide international shipping to Asian countries such as Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and more. If you would like to know whether shipping is available to your country, feel free to contact us for confirmation and further delivery arrangements.
